Do you have a subscription for the Premium or Enterprise plan?

If you would like to check or change information related to payment and the person in charge registered in the team, please refer to the following.

1. View/Edit Payment Information

  • Go to the upper right corner of your PC JANDI screen, then select the menu [≡] icon. Click [Admin Menu] - [Payment Information] tab.

*Only the Team admin can access the [Admin Menu].

-In the [Payment Information] tab, you can view the paid plan information, payment history, payment method, and credit.

*Select [Change payment method] to change the current payment method.

2. View/Edit Admin Information

You can check and edit the information of the person in charge of payment who receive monthly bills and non-payment details. Only the team admin can change the person in charge of payment.

Go to [Payment Information] - Company Information - Admin Email Address.

You can update the admin name, email, and phone number.
