Click the [=] icon on the upper right corner and select [Go to JANDI account home]. Then select [Account settings].
1. Click [Two-factor authentication] and select [Disable].
2. Enter your JANDI account password, and click [Confirm].
3. Type in the 6-digit verification code generated from the mobile OTP, and select [Disable].
4. The two-factor authentication has been deactivated.
Once you disable the two-factor authentication, you will receive a notification email.
1. Click [Two-factor authentication] and select [Disable].
2. Enter your JANDI account password, and click [Confirm].
3. Type in the 6-digit verification code sent to your email, and select [Disable].
JANDI will send the verification code to your primary email address registered in JANDI.
The verification code to disable the two-factor authentication feature will be sent to your email.
4. The two-factor authentication has been deactivated.
Once you disable the two-factor authentication, you will receive a notification email.
Go to the more [...] icon at the lower right corner of the mobile app. Select your account on the top and tap [Set up two-factor authentication].
[How to Disable the Authenticator App]
1. Go to Two-factor authentication and select [Disable] next to Authenticator app. Type in your JANDI account password and select [Confirm].
2. Type in the 6-digit verification code generated from the mobile OTP and select [Disable].

If you disable both verifications, you will be logged out from all devices except for your current device.
