Limiting invitation (expired invitation link issues)
Any Member of a JANDI team can invite people using their email address or an invitation link. If you are the Team Admin, you can allow or restrict Members from inviting new members. <How to allow invitations or reset the invitation link> 1. Go to your PC or Web JANDI and select the [≡] icon on the upper right corner. Go to [Admin Menu] and click the [Manage Team] tab. 2. In the [Manage Team] tab, under [Allow Invitation], select [Enabled for All Members]. - This way, any Member of the team can iChanging the team name or domain / Deleting or Leaving the team
Team Domain is the web address of your JANDI Team on the internet. - Type in '[team domain].jandi.com' in your web browser to access your JANDI Team. - The team domain can include alphabets, numbers, and (-). The Team domain doesn’t have to match your Team name exactly, but selecting a similar domain will help you remember your team name and team domain. <Where can I see my Team name and domain?> 1. Would you like to use your business or team logo in JANDI? You can set your business or team logo as your team icon. Unless you set up a particular logo, your team icon will be set as the JANDI default logo. - To set up a team icon, please use the PC JANDI app or a web browser. - Only the Team Admin can set up the team icon. <PC/Web> 1. Go to the Admin Menu to apply 2FA to the team. Once the 2FA is on, only the members protected by the 2FA can access the team. (Available on the Enterprise Plan) <PC/Web> 1. Click the [=] icon on the upper right corner and select [Admin Menu]. 2. Go to [Security Settings] and turn on [Two Factor Authentication]. 3. After changing the setting, click [Confirm] to activate 2FA. - When two-factor authentication is ON, unverified members are automatically moved from the team to the team list. For security reasons, you can set only trusted IP addresses to access your team. This feature is only available in the Enterprise Plan. 1. Go to [Team Admin]-[Security Settings]-[Whitelist IP addresses] menu and turn ON the feature. ✔️ Team admins and owners are excluded from the Whitelist IP settings. ✔️ All mobile users are excluded from the Whitelist IP settings. 2. [Add] the IP you wish to permit access and select [Apply] - JANDI Whitelist works with CIDR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing) methoI want to restrict file downloads and previews.
Suppose file downloads and document previews within JANDI need to be restricted. In that case, team admins can decide whether to do so only on the Enterprise plan. File Download Restriction 1. Go to the upper right corner of your JANDI screen and select [≡] > [Admin Menu]. 2. Go to [Security Setting] > [Download Restriction] to select options for file download restriction. *Keep in mind that members can preview the file no matter the restriction settings. By setting the deadline for the message editing feature, you gain the power to restrict messages from being edited after a specified period, putting you in control of the conversation flow. 1. Go to the menu [≡] icon on the upper right corner > Select [Admin Menu] 2. [Message Settings] > Turn [Edit Message] to ON. - Select among Do not allow editing / Within 5 minutes of writing / Within 30 minutes of writing / Within 1 hour of writing / Within 24 hours of writing / Within 7 days of writing. - TSetting Time Limits to Delete Messages
Set up times for deleting the message. After you set up this feature, you cannot delete the message.
