Limiting Member Invitation to the Team (Expired invitation link problem )

You can easily invite new members to your Team through e-mail and an invitation link.

But also, Team Admin can limit Team invitation permission by following the instructions below.

<Team Invitation Permission Settings / Reset Invitation Link>

1. PC/Web On the top right corner of JANDI chats, navigate through [≡] - [Admin Menu] - [Manage Team].

2. On [Manage Team] tab, set [Allow Invitations] to [Only Team Admin].

3 .Resetting the link will cancel all outstanding invitations and generate a new link for future invitations



Only Team Admin can now send invitation emails or links for member invitation. All previous invitation links will be expired.

If you face a problem with expired emails/links, please contact the Team Admin and ask for new invitation emails or links.
