If you are using JANDI by PC app or the web, you may not receive mobile push notiifcations.
For a more comfortable work environment, JANDI does not send notifications for both PC and mobile when you are working in a PC environment. However, if there is no activity for 1-2 minutes, you will receive mobile push notifications again.
Please turn Push Notifications on Mobile Menu.

- Android: App Manager > JANDI > Allow Notifications
- iOS: Settings > Notifications > JANDI > Allow Notifications
