What if the number of members is changed?

When the number of people on the team is different from the contract on Paid Plans

Every month, JANDI checks the actual number of people participating on the Team and send billings.

If the number of people is more than on the contract, additional charges will be applied for
every extra people.
Additional charges will be billed every month, not every year, so we recommend you to sign up
sufficient number of people at the first place.

If the number of people is less than the number on the contract, we will return your payment as
JANDI credit, according to the decreased number of participants.

You can check your JANDI credit on [Admin Menu] - [Payment Info] tab, and you can use them next time when you make payment for JANDI.
