Use the search date feature to quickly access conversations from a specific point in time.
What is the search date feature?
The Search Date feature allows you to instantly jump to conversations or work records from a specific date within a chat room.Even if you don’t remember keywords or don’t want to scroll through past messages, simply select a date from the calendar to quickly move to the desired point in time.
How to use: Click the [search date] icon in the upper-right corner of the chat room > Select your desired date.
You can select a year and month as well.If there are no conversations on the selected date, you will be moved to the closest available date with messages.
✔️ Since dates can only be selected back to when the chat room was created, you can also move to the very first date of the conversation.
✔️ For the Free plan, only dates within the most recent 90 days are available for selection.
How to use: Tap the menu [≡] icon in the upper-right corner of the chat room.
From the bottom menu, select [search date] > Choose your desired date to move to that point in the conversation.
