Please create and start a chat when you want to start a casual conversation rather than creating a Topic, which has a specific purpose. You can start a chat with up to 10 people.
* Please remember that Associates are unable to create a chat. However, they can join the chat once a Member invites them to a chat.
<PC/Web>
Go to your chat list and select the (+) icon on the upper right corner of your chat list. Then select [Start a Chat].
2. Select the members you want to chat with and select [Start a Conversation].
<Mobile>
Go to the Chats tab located on the bottom of your mobile JANDI app, and select the (+) icon to begin a conversation.
