Your Topic list is too long, making it hard to find what you need.
You want to keep completed project Topics without deleting them, for record-keeping purposes.
With Topic Archive, you can hide unused Topics to keep things organized and easily access them later from the archived folder.
Topic Archive is available only on paid plans.
Only the Topic Admin, Team Admin, or Team Owner can archive or unarchive Topics.

Q. What’s the difference between archiving and deleting a Topic?
A. Deleting a Topic permanently removes the Topic and all its conversations.
At the same time, archiving keeps all data intact but hides it from the Topic list. Archived Topics can still be searched and reactivated at any time.
Q. Can I reactivate an archived Topic?
A. Yes. Any Topic Admin, Team Admin, or Team Owner who is part of the Topic can press [Unarchive Topic] to reactivate it. Once unarchived, the Topic reappears in the Topic list, and regular members can send messages again.
Q. Does the search include content from archived Topics?
A. Yes. Messages and files from archived Topics are included in search results.
Even though archived Topics are hidden from the list, their content can still be found via search. However, only members of that Topic can see the search results.
Q. Will archived Topics disappear from everyone’s Topic list?
A. Yes. When a Topic is archived, it’s hidden from all members’ Topic lists.
To view archived Topics, go to the [Archived Topics Folder] in the Topic list.
Q. Can you send messages in an archived Topic?
A. Archived Topics automatically become view-only. Only the Topic Admin, Team Admin, or Team Owner can send messages in an archived Topic. Members and Associates cannot send messages.
Any scheduled messages created by Members or Associates before archiving will be canceled. Scheduled messages from Topic Admins, Team Admins, or Team Owners will still send as planned.
Q. Do connected integrations (webhooks, RSS, Google Calendar, etc.) stay active?
A. Yes. All existing integrations remain connected, and integration messages will continue to be received.
Only the Team Admin, or Team Owner can disconnect integrations.
Q. Can new members join an archived Topic?
A. Archived Topics work like private Topics. Existing members can’t join on their own—they must be invited by the Topic Admin, Team Admin, or Team Owner.
However, if the Topic had the 'Auto invite Members' setting enabled before archiving, this setting remains active, so new Members who join the team will still be automatically added to the Topic.
