ASK AI is a feature where AI provides an immediate response when you enter any request.
You can get help with a variety of tasks, including creating or editing messages, searching for information, and brainstorming ideas.
How to use: Click [Home] in the top left > Enter your question > Press Enter

The Knowledge Base is a system that stores important company documents, allowing Sprinkler to search and reference them.
When the Knowledge Base feature is enabled and you ask a question, it searches your stored documents and provides an answer based on relevant information.
Each response clearly cites the sources used to ensure accuracy and transparency.
By uploading various documents, such as internal policies and product manuals, you can streamline new‑hire onboarding and make company information easier to find.
To use the Knowledge Base feature, you need to upload documents to the Knowledge Base Drive.
How to upload documents to the [Knowledge Base Drive]: Click [Home] in the top left > Click the book icon [Knowledge Base Drive] > Create drive > Upload documents
Important: The Knowledge Base Drive can only be used after configuring members in [≡] (top right) → [Admin menu] → [AI Settings] → [Knowledge Base Manager].
The team Owner/Admin can specify which Members have access to the Knowledge Base Drive.
Q. How is the access scope of uploaded data in the Knowledge Base Drive set?
Uploaded data can be set to two visibility options
Public: All Members with full Member status or higher can reference drive data results.
Selected Members Only: Only designated Members can reference the data.
Q. Can a Public drive be changed to a Selected Members Only drive?No. Drives created as Public cannot be changed to Selected Members Only.

This function converts multilingual message content into English.
How to use: Hover message > Translate to English
In Besides English, Sprinkler will convert to the language value set in JANDI.
Q. What languages does JANDI support?
JANDI supports six languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese, and Sprinkler can translate over 100 languages.
Q. How do I change the language?
You can change it at the top right [Ξ] > [Language settings].
This feature allows AI to naturally revise the content you’ve written in the message input box or translate it into a foreign language.
How to use the Messaging Assistant - Sentence Improvement: After entering your message, click the [AI] button below the message input box > Select [Sentence Improvement] > Click [Apply] > The message you wrote will be replaced with the improved version.
If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can click the Retry button to improve it again.
How to use the Messaging Assistant - Translation: After entering your message, click the [AI] button below the message input box > Select [Translation] > Click [Apply] > The message you wrote will be replaced with the translated version.
Q. What does the Sentence Improvement feature improve in a sentence?
The Sentence Improvement feature enhances the following:
Corrects grammar errors
Removes redundant expressions
Naturally refines awkward phrasing
Improves sentence structure for better readability
Q. How many languages does the Translation feature support?
The Translation feature currently supports translation in the following 15 languages.

A team admin or team owner can set this, and when set to Only Selected Members, only those members will see and use Sprinkler.
