I want to mention all the members of the team at once.
I want to mention a specific department in the announcements.
Due to many users' VOC, we added the @mention groups feature
To @mention a group in the org chart, turn on the Organization Management settings provided in paid subscriptions.
Remember that Associate members can be mentioned but cannot mention other members.
Before the update: You could not @mention multiple people at once, so you had to @mention them individually.
After the update: Use the organization mention feature to @mention a group in the org chart.
If someone @mentions the group you are a part of, it will be highlighted.
1. Type @ in the message input box to open the mention feature, and type @ again to open the group mention feature.
You can also select the @ icon at the bottom of the message input box and hover over the list.
2. Enter the group name or scroll down the list to find the organization you wish to mention.
The group mention list is sorted according to the org chart of your team.
Only organizations that include members of the current chat room are displayed.
*Only members of the @mentioned organization participating in the chat room will receive notifications.
