The Free Plan policy will be changed as follows, effective October 22, 2025.

: The policy changes will take effect starting Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
: If your team already has more than 10 members and 10 associates, you will no longer be able to invite additional members after October 22nd.
(Members currently participating in the team will continue to be able to use the team.)
: You can only invite up to 10 members, including the team owner. (Up to 10 associates)
Example) If there is 1 owner and 9 members
you will no longer be able to invite additional members.
:Yes, blocked members are also counted as active members in the team.If the number of regular members reaches 10 or the number of associates reaches 10, you will not be able to invite more members.
Example) 9 regular members + 1 blocked regular member Since the maximum number of regular members (10) has been reached, no further invitations are possible. To invite new members, you must first remove one of the existing regular members from the team.
: Starting October 22, 2025, messages and files older than one year will be deleted on the Free Plan.
From then on, data will be automatically deleted continuously after one year.
*Deleted messages and files cannot be recovered. Storage capacity in [Admin Menu] - [Dashboard] will be updated sequentially.

Messages and files prior to October 21, 2024 will be deleted
Messages and files from October 22, 2024 to October 22, 2025 will be retained
: No. We do not provide a backup function, as work data can be maliciously or accidentally leaked.
You must individually capture and download any data required before October 22, 2025.
: If you upgrade to a paid plan before October 22, 2025, you will retain access to all messages and files from the time your team was created.
If you upgrade after October 22, 2025, after the policy takes effect, you will only be able to view messages and files from the most recent year, starting from the time you switched to a paid plan.

: No. Messages and files cannot be restored after deletion.
Even if you upgrade to a paid plan after October 22, 2025, messages and files deleted more than one year ago during the free plan period will not be restored.
Only the most recent year of data remaining at the time of the paid plan upgrade will be available for review. After the upgrade, all data will be permanently preserved.
: No. There are no changes to the policy for viewing messages and files within the last 90 days on the Free Plan.
To view messages and files older than 90 days, you must upgrade to a paid plan.
However, starting October 22, 2025, even if you upgrade to a paid plan, you will only be able to view data up to one year from the date of conversion.
: If you are upgraded to a free plan due to non-payment or contract termination, you will be subject to the member invitation restrictions and message and file deletion policies.
If you continue to use a paid plan, you will not be affected.
