Have you ever pressed the enter key by mistake and sent the wrong message?
To send a message, press Enter. To add a line break, press Shift + Enter.
If you set up Shift + Enter options as default settings, you can easily use the “line break” feature.
You can change the settings in [Message Options Settings].
<PC/Web>
1. Go to the upper right corner of your JANDI screen and select [≡]. Then click [User Setting].
2. When the window pops up, select [Send by pressing Enter] for your message options setting.
