The read receipt feature is available in both the Premium and Enterprise plans.
Change the message read receipt settings to keep track of the number and name of people who have read the message. (Associates cannot see the list of read receipts.)
Keep in mind that the team admin must allow read receipts for the team to use the read receipt feature!

You will see the number of members who have not read the message in the chatroom.
When you choose this option, you can view the names of the people who have read the message. The count will show the number of members who read the message in the chatroom.
