What is Sprinkler?

Sprinkler is JANDI's AI (artificial intelligence) function. You can summarize the context of messages and files uploaded within the chat room or ask AI questions and get answers.

This feature allows you to summarize the contents of messages exchanged in a chat room (topic & chat) and get answers to questions based on the contents.

How to use: Click [Summarize Chat Room] at the top right of the chat room > Enter content for a customized summary

ASK AI is a feature where AI provides an immediate response when you enter any request.

You can get help with a variety of tasks, including creating or editing messages, searching for information, and brainstorming ideas.

How to use: Click [Ask AI] in the top right > Enter question > Enter

The Knowledge Base is a system that stores important company documents, allowing Sprinkler to search and reference them.

When the Knowledge Base feature is enabled, and a question is asked, it searches the saved documents and provides an answer based on relevant information.

The response clearly shows the source used and delivers accurate information.

By uploading various documents, such as internal policies and product manuals, it can be conveniently used for onboarding new employees and searching company information.

To use the Knowledge Base feature, documents must be uploaded to the [Knowledge Base Drive].

How to upload documents to the [Knowledge Base Drive]: Click [Ask AI] in the top right corner > Click the book icon [Knowledge Base Drive] > Create drive > Upload documents

Only team owners/admins can access the Knowledge Base Drive.

Q. Can I set specific access permissions for the Knowledge Base?

Anyone with access to Sprinkler can use the Knowledge Base feature and receive answers based on all registered documents.

Q. What file formats does the Intelligence Drive support?

The Intelligence Drive currently supports the following file formats.

  • HWP: HWP/HWT/HML/HWPX

How to use the Knowledge Base: Click [Ask AI] in the top right corner > Click [Knowledge Base] > Enter your question > Press Enter

This function converts multilingual message content into English.

How to use: Hover message > Translate to English

In Besides English, Sprinkler will convert to the language value set in JANDI.

Q. What languages ​​does JANDI support?

JANDI supports six languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese, and Sprinkler can translate over 100 languages.

Q. How do I change the language?

You can change it at the top right [Ξ] > [Language settings].


This feature allows AI to naturally revise the content you’ve written in the message input box or translate it into a foreign language.

How to use the Messaging Assistant - Sentence Improvement: After entering your message, click the [AI] button below the message input box > Select [Sentence Improvement] > Click [Apply] > The message you wrote will be replaced with the improved version.

  • If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can click the Retry button to improve it again.

How to use the Messaging Assistant - Translation: After entering your message, click the [AI] button below the message input box > Select [Translation] > Click [Apply] > The message you wrote will be replaced with the translated version.

Q. What does the Sentence Improvement feature improve in a sentence?

The Sentence Improvement feature enhances the following:

  1. Corrects grammar errors

  2. Removes redundant expressions

  3. Naturally refines awkward phrasing

  4. Improves sentence structure for better readability

Q. How many languages does the Translation feature support?

The Translation feature currently supports translation in the following 15 languages.

  • Korean, English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Thai, Indonesian
