The project creator is automatically assigned as a Project Manager. Additional Project Managers can also be assigned as needed, with no limit on the number of managers.

  • Private: Only members added as project members can access the project.

Projects can be managed by distinguishing between Project Members and Project Managers.

In addition, Team Owners and Team Administrators can manage project settings as long as they are members of the project, even if they are not designated as Project Managers.

You can configure notifications for each project. Configured notifications can be checked in the following locations.

  • App notifications at the bottom left of JANDI

  • Notification icon in the upper right of the project page

  • Close Project

If a project is no longer in use, you can close the project to prevent further changes.

Once a project is closed, all write actions—including creating, editing, and deleting tasks are restricted. Existing project data remains available in read-only mode.

  • Delete Project

Deleting a project permanently removes all tasks and data within the project. This action cannot be undone.
