Starting a Chat
Please create and start a chat when you want to start a casual conversation rather than creating a Topic, which has a specific purpose. You can start a chat with up to 10 people. * Please remember that Associates are unable to create a chat. However, they can join the chat once a Member invites them to a chat. <PC/Web> 1. Go to your chat list and select the (+) icon on the upper right corner of your chat list. Then select [Start a Chat]. 2. Select the members you want to chat with and select [Adding descriptions to a group chat
Now you can add descriptions to your group chat just like in Topics. If you have multiple group chats with the same participants, you can add descriptions so you can distinguish each chat room. <Group Chat Description Example> <PC/Web> 1. [Hide Chat] Hidden chats are not displayed on the chat list, but the records remain. If you start the chat again, you can access past conversations. 👉cf.
