Team Setting
I want to set a default team.
Are you using multiple teams? If you set a default team, you can enter that team directly when you log in. 1. At the top of the JANDI screen, click [≡] → [JANDI App Settings]. 2. In [Set Default Team], enter the web address (URL) of the team you want to enter directly. ✔️ Default team cannot be set on web browsers or mobile. ✔️ This feature is available only when “Keep me signed in” (auto login) is enabled.What is the difference between a Team and a Topic?
- A Team is a company or group where members collaborate together. - A Topic is a conversation room within a Team where members communicate by subject. Within a Team, anyone can freely create and join Topics based on departments, interests, or other subjects.I want to switch between teams.
* A member can join multiple JANDI Teams. For example, you can join multiple teams such as ‘Company A’, ‘Cycling Club’, ‘Client Collaboration Team’, and communicate or cooperate freely with other members. Feel free to create multiple JANDI teams for your needs. You can switch from team to team. 🖥️ PC/Web On the upper left corner of your JANDI screen, click on your team name and select the team you want to switch to. - Keyboard Shortcut: Alt + T 📱Mobile Tap on the [Team Name] icon on the upper lefI want to leave a team.
💻PC/Web On your PC or Web JANDI, click the [≡] icon in the upper right corner and select [User Setting] - [Team settings] - [Leave Team]. 📱Mobile Go to the [Org Chart] tab on your mobile JANDI app. Select the [···] icon on the upper right corner of your screen and select [Team] - [Leave Team]. *If you are the Team Admin, you have to delete the team or transfer Team admin or Team ownership before leaving the Team.
