Inviting members to a team
To use your JANDI team as a collaboration platform, please invite members to your team. <PC/Web> 1. Select the [≡] icon on the upper right corner of the JANDI screen, and click on [+Invite a New Member]. 2. Select the status of the member you want to invite. You can invite a member as a Member or an Associate. 3. Type in the email address of the member you want to invite. - Registering members through email is more convenient because once the members receive the invitation email, they can skipCreating a team
A JANDI Team is an organization or group in which members will be invited to. <PC / Web> 1. On the main page of JANDI, you will see the team list. Select [+create a team] to create a new team. - Once you are already in a team, click on the [≡] icon on the upper right corner and select [Go to account home] to go to your team list. 2. Select your team name and team domain. - The team domain is the web address of your JANDI team. - Type in the '[Team domain].jandi.com' on your internet browser to aUnderstanding ‘team’ and ‘topic’
- A Team is a group or a company that collaborates together. - A Topic is a subject-based chat room in your Team. Any member of a team can freely create and join Topics for different purposes, including department tasks or personal interests.Leaving the team
<PC/Web> On your PC or Web JANDI, click the [≡] icon in the upper right corner and select [User Setting] - [Leave Team]. <Mobile> Go to the [Org Chart] tab on your mobile JANDI app. Select the [···] icon on the upper right corner of your screen and select [Team] - [Leave Team]. *If you are the Team Admin, you have to delete the team or transfer Team admin or Team ownership before leaving the Team.Setting a default team
Are you going back and forth multiple teams in JANDI? By setting a default team, you can automatically enter your default team after logging in. 1. Go to the upper right corner of your JANDI screen, and select the [≡] icon. Then select [JANDI App Settings]. 2. On your preferences window, type in the URL for your default team at [Set Default Team]. * Please keep in mind that you cannot set the default team on your web browser or mobile app.Joining multiple teams / Changing teams
* A member can join multiple JANDI Teams. For example, you can join multiple teams such as ‘Company A’, ‘Cycling Club’, ‘Client Collaboration Team’, and communicate or cooperate freely with other members. Feel free to create multiple JANDI teams for your needs.
