To enhance security, I recommend members change their passwords.

I want to introduce a password expiration cycle to increase account security.

We have added a new password reset setting to enhance the security of the team (company) as well as the individual account security of members.

To enhance corporate security and information protection, we have added a password expiration setting that allows you to change your password every 90 days. By changing your password periodically, you can meet various industry standards and legal requirements and increase the trustworthiness of your organization.

The password Reset setting is provided in the Enterprise Plan, and the team admin or team owner can turn it on.

1. Go to the menu [=] on the upper right > Admin Menu

2. Security Settings > Turn on the [password Reset].

  • When the password reset feature is activated, when a member who has no history of changing their account password or has changed it for more than 90 days enters the team, they will be requested to reset their password, as shown in the image below.

※You cannot access the team without changing the password after the request to reset the password.

(You can access any other JANDI teams without a password reset request.)

1. Go to the [...] more tab on the bottom of your JANDI app > Admin Menu > Security Settings

2. Turn on the [password Reset]

When the password reset feature is activated, when a member who has no history of changing their account password or has changed it for more than 90 days enters the team, they will be requested to reset their password, as shown in the image below.

※You cannot access the team without changing the password after the request to reset the password.

(You can access any other JANDI teams without a password reset request.)
