You can now view all messages and comments you’ve written at once without using keyword search.

🖥️ PC/Web

1. Click the Menu icon at the top right.

2. Select My Posts from the bottom of the menu panel.

Mobile

1. Tap the Menu tab at the bottom of the JANDI app.

2. Select My Posts from the list.

Messages containing only files or images without text will not appear in View My Posts. You can check them in Menu > Files.

You can now invite members to multiple conversations (Topics and Group Chats) at once.

🖥️ PC/Web Only

1. Click the Invite to Multiple Topics icon at the top left.

2. Search by name, department, position, or job title and select members to invite.

3. Select the conversations to invite them to, then review the results on the completion screen.

You can now turn automatic message formatting ON or OFF.

🖥️ PC/Web Only

1. Go to Menu (☰) > User Setting

2. Toggle Automatic formatting ON or OFF.

   • ON: Formatting is automatically applied when entering symbols such as *, -, or 1. followed by a space.

   • OFF: Symbols such as *, -, or 1. are sent exactly as typed.

You can quickly search files uploaded to Albums using keywords.

🖥️ PC/Web Only

1. Click Search at the top right.

2. Select Album.

3. Enter a keyword to search.

You can now add or remove files while editing an already sent message.

• Before: Only text editing or file removal was supported.

• After: Text editing, file addition, and file removal are all supported.

• Before: Up to 60 characters

• After: Up to 100 characters
