Currently, we do not provide any backup services for messages or files.
This is to prevent important data from being leaked either by mistake or with ill intent.
JANDI is a Cloud-based software service. All messages and files shared on JANDI are encrypted and saved to the Amazon Web Server (AWS). The data will be preserved permanently unless the member who uploaded the data or the Team Admin deletes the data. All users can access messages and files after logging into their JANDI Team, so we do not provide backup features.
If you are using a paid plan and are concerned with files or messages being opened after downgrading to a free plan, please save the necessary data individually.
