The changes will take effect beginning on May 1, 2023.

From May 1, 2023, Premium Plan rates will change. [*There will be no rate changes for the Enterprise Plan]

Rate change FAQ
1. When does the rate change take effect?
A. The rate plan change will take effect on May 1, 2023.
2. What about teams currently on the annual Premium plan?
A. Teams currently using the Annual Premium Plan will keep their current terms, and the new rates will be reflected when renewing. However, if you apply for an early contract by April 14, 2023, you can extend the contract for one year at the current rate per user. .
i.e.) for 30 paid seats > $360 savings from early renewal
Before pricing change: 30 users x $5 x 12 months = $1,800
After pricing change: 30 users x $6 x 12 months = $2,160
3. What about teams currently on the monthly Premium plan?
A. If you apply for an early contract for an annual plan before April 14, 2023, the annual contract will take effect from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024, at the previous rate per user.
i.e.) for 30 paid seats > $1,080 savings from early renewal
If you stay on a monthly plan: 30 users x $8 x 12 months = $2,880
If you switch to an annual plan: 30 users x $5 x 12 months = $1,800
4. What about teams currently receiving discounts for non-profit / educational institutions / startups?
A. Your team can maintain the current discount rate until the end of the contract, and the new discount rate will be applied when the contract is renewed. However, if you apply for early renewal by April 14, 2023, you can extend the contract for one year under the same conditions.
5. In which regions/countries does the rate change apply?
A. Rate changes apply to all regions worldwide.
