[How to upgrade your plan]
The Team Owner can subscribe to a paid plan. You can easily upgrade using the PC JANDI! (This feature is not available on the mobile JANDI app)
1. Select the [≡] icon at the upper right corner of your PC JANDI screen > [Admin Menu]
2. Click the [Payment Information] > [Plan Information] > [Upgrade to Premium/Enterprise] 💰View plans
You can use the paid plan immediately after requesting and paying for the upgrade. When the application is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the email registered at the time of application!
[Subscription Billing Information]
✅ You will not be billed for the month you upgrade to a paid plan!
1. You can use the paid plan immediately after the plan upgrade request. (The month you request the upgrade is free)
2. Payment will take place during the first five business days of next month.
example : Upgraded to a paid plan on March 15 -> billed on the first five business days of April
✅ You will be billed according to the payment method of your choice.
Credit card payment 💳
: Based on your subscription, we will issue the billing statement at the beginning of the month after the automatic payment to the registered card goes through.
: Make the transfer within ten business days after confirming the payment amount on the invoice issued at the beginning of the month
(Please send us a copy of your business license, and we will issue the tax invoice with the bill every month.)
You can’t register for an automatic withdrawal if you select wire transfer as a payment method. So please check your monthly statements and make the transfer.
✅ You will be billed according to the subscription type (monthly, annual)
Monthly bills are based on the number of Members in your team on the 1st of every month.
: The total annual fee is charged based on the number of members on the contract at the time of the first payment. Extra charges will be billed monthly if the number of members has increased than the initial contract.
📍If the number of members in your team has decreased than the initial contract, we will refund you in credits.
