How to Secure More Storage (Storage Q&A)

10 Members on April 1 -> 100GB (10GB X 10) provided on April 2

  • Enterprise Plan Storage: 1TB X Number of registered members on the 1st of each month

Example)

10 registered members on April 1 → 10TB provided on April 2 (1TB X 10)

9 registered members on May 1 → 9TB provided on May 2 (1TB X 9)

  • Intelligence Plan Storage: Unlimited

File deletion method: Click [...] next to the file > [Delete]

Bulk file deletion is not supported due to policy.

We appreciate your understanding that bulk deletion functionality is not provided to minimize situations where corporate data could be lost maliciously or accidentally by specific individuals.

When you delete a topic, all files and messages within the topic are deleted together.

Administrators who participate in the topic or topic managers can delete topics.

Topics cannot be recovered after deletion, so please delete with caution.

Topic deletion method: Click [...] in the upper right corner of the topic > [Delete Topic]

  • You can request a plan upgrade through 1:1 inquiry for immediate reflection.

[If currently on Enterprise Plan]

  • Intelligence Plan upgrade requires separate consultation.

A. The Team Admin can only access files in public Topics and private Topics that they are a part of. Please notify your team members to delete the files in Topics and chats that the Team Admin cannot access.

Moreover, files in JANDI Drive also count as storage. Please empty unused drives and the Drive trash.

A. JANDI uses a fair billing policy, calculating registered members on the 1st of each month and charging only for the number of users.

Therefore, if you exceed contracted members, you pay for extra members and receive additional storage.

Conversely, if below contracted members, the difference is credited and storage decreases accordingly.

A. JANDI calculates registered members on the 1st of each month for storage allocation and billing.

Therefore, for members invited after the 1st, additional storage and billing will be applied from the following month.

(Example)

  • April 1: 10 Members confirmed / Available storage 100GB (10GB X 10 Members)

  • April 2: 2 Members invited → 12 total members / still 100GB available storage

    (Billing and storage for the 2 additional members will be reflected next month)

  • May 1: 12 Members confirmed / Available storage 120GB (10GB X 12 Members)

A. Regardless of storage, the free version only shows data from the last 90 days.

Upgrade to a paid plan to access history beyond 90 days.

A. The Team Owner or Admin can view this information.

Select [=] on the upper right corner of your PC JANDI app > [Admin Menu] > [Dashboard] > [File Storage Used] ​
