Once you connect JANDI MCP to Claude, you can use natural language to ask Claude to perform key tasks in JANDI, from checking messages in your conversations to managing project tasks.
Claude MCP integration is available on the Enterprise plan and above.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way of connecting AI to external services so it can retrieve information and actually perform tasks. With JANDI connected to Claude, you don't need to switch back and forth between Claude and JANDI. Just ask Claude something like "Summarize my unread messages from today," and get things done right away. Claude uses the JANDI information available to your connected account to respond to requests and perform tasks. Tasks that make changes in JANDI, such as sending messages or editing tasks, are carried out according to your request.
️ Claude MCP integration is set up per member, not per team.
Each member who wants to use it needs to install it on their own PC, so if several members plan to use it, please submit a separate integration request for each member.

Go to the menu (☰) at the top right of JANDI > Live Support or email support@tosslab.com to request MCP integration.
Follow the setup guide to install the integration on the PC you'll be using.

View messages in conversations, send messages, and add comments
Schedule messages, and view or cancel scheduled messages
Mark as read and manage conversation notification settings
View and join public topics available to you

Check file contents and download files

View and search projects
View, create, and edit tasks
View and create documents, add comments, and upload attachments
Check project notifications and mark them as read
④ Team and Members
View team members and the organization chart
Set your status to Away
Try asking things like:
"Summarize the decisions made yesterday in the Marketing team conversation."
"Schedule an announcement message for 9 AM tomorrow."
"Show me my tasks due this week, and change the status of the ones I've completed."
The integration is set up per member, not per team, and must be installed on each PC where it will be used.
Claude can access the same information that the connected account can see in JANDI.
(e.g., private topics you haven't joined cannot be accessed)
