[2026.08.06] Simultaneous PC and Mobile Notifications

Now you can receive new JANDI message notifications on multiple mobile devices at the same time as on PC.

Would it be nice to get notified on your phone even while using JANDI on PC?

Previously, to prevent notification fatigue from receiving alerts on both PC and mobile at once, JANDI only sent notifications to PC while JANDI was running there, and mobile notifications were not sent.

Now, based on feedback from members who use JANDI on PC but move around often and need mobile notifications, we've updated JANDI so you can receive new message notifications on mobile even while using JANDI on PC

How to set up

Simultaneous PC and mobile notification settings can only be configured on PC.

Click the menu icon [☰] in the top right corner > [Notifications]

Set Mobile Notifications to 'Always', then click [Done].

FAQ

If the same account is connected on multiple devices, will all of them receive mobile notifications?

Yes.

All mobile devices logged in with the same account will receive notifications at the same time.

Is this setting per account or per device?

It's an account-level setting. It cannot be configured per device — once set, it applies equally to all devices logged in with that account.
