Project Permissions

The Team Owner, Admins, and Project Managers have permission to access project settings.

Who Can Use Projects

  • Team Owner

  • Team Admin

  • Member

Associate Members cannot access projects.

Available features in a project vary depending on each member's role.

Projects can be set to either Public or Private.

Project Manager

The member who creates a project is assigned as the initial Project Manager. The Project Manager has permission to access project settings.

The Team Owner, Admins, and Project Manager have permission to manage the project.

  1. Switch project visibility (Public / Private)

  2. Manage project members

  3. Edit and add fields such as status and type

  4. Configure project notifications

  5. Delete the project

Projects can be set to either Public or Private.

  • Public Project

All members with Full Member permissions or above can view the project and create tasks without a separate invitation.

  • Private Project

Only members added as project members can access the project.
