What are Project Notes?
A feature that allows you to create project documents in one centralized location alongside your tasks. Use Project Notes to manage meeting minutes, design proposals, release notes, operational guides, and other documents essential to project progress.
Click the [Notes] tab at the top right of your project.
When the notes panel opens on the right, click [+ New Note] at the top right.
Enter the note title and content.
Click Save to save your note.
Format | Description |

Headings | Organize your document structure using heading levels 1 through 3. |
Text Formatting | Supports bold, italic, strikethrough, underline, inline code, and text color. |
Lists | Use ordered or unordered lists as needed. |
Tables | Freely add and organize rows and columns. |
Images | Insert images within your document. |
Quotes | Highlight important text using block quotes. |
Code Blocks | Enter code with line numbers. |
Links | Add URL links or links to project tasks and other notes. |
Link Tasks or Notes: Insert task links within a note to jump directly to related tasks.
Comments: Leave comments on each note to communicate with team members about document content.
History: View the edit history of a note, including the last modified date and member who made the edit.
Share: Copy the note link and share it in JANDI conversations.
Duplicate: Create a new note by duplicating an existing one.
Notes are managed at the project level. Only members who participate in that project can view the notes.
Notes in private projects can only be viewed by members added to the project.
