How much can I upload?
Files uploaded to JANDI must be 1 GB or smaller. Please use Google Drive or Dropbox to upload files bigger than 1GB to JANDI. How to upload Google Drive or Dropbox files to JANDIUploading multiple files
You can upload one or multiple files in JANDI. <PC/Web> - Click the [File] icon at the text input box and select [My Computer] to upload a file. - Keyboard shortcut -Windows: Ctrl + U -Mac: Cmd + UView Image on a New Window
- You can view an image in the PC JANDI on a new window. - Only one type of image file format can be applied. <How To> 1. Go to the [...] icon next to the message and select [Open original]. 2. The original file will open in a new window. You can change the size of the window and move it around. - You can also select the more [...] icon from previews. The icon is located in the upper right corner of the preview. Go to [...] > [Open original]. Saving download location
If you want to set a download location, please refer to the following. 1. Select the [≡] icon on the upper right corner of the JANDI screen and go to [JANDI App Settings]. 2. In JANDI, you can view the list of uploaded files and search using different search filters. <PC/Web> 1. Upper right corner of your JANDI screen, select the file icon to view the list of files. 2. The person who uploaded the file and the Team Admin are able to delete the file. <PC/Web> 1. Select the file you wish to delete and click the [...] icon and [delete]. <Mobile> 1. Go to the file detail page of the file you wish to delete. Then select the [...] icon and [delete]. However, comments will still remain undeleted so later on, other team members can understand work history and workflow. If you want to delete the comments as well, person who commented has to delete it him/herself.Sharing files
There are two ways to share a file that is uploaded in JANDI. You can save time because you don’t have to download and upload the file multiple times. <PC/Web> <Sharing files to a different Topic or Chat in JANDI> 1. Select the [...] icon next to the file you wish to share, and select [Share]. 2. Select the Topic or Chat you wish to share the file.
