I want to know about the pricing policy.

There are two billing options for paid plans

(1) Monthly billing

(2) Annual billing

Please refer to the link for JANDI pricing details and how to upgrade to a paid plan.

JANDI’s billing date is within 7 business days of each month.

The usage fee is charged based on the number of Full Members as of the 1st of each month.

Billing is prepaid, and the fee for the current month is charged within 7 business days based on the number of Full Members on the 1st.

Example: The 7th business day of January 2026 is January 12 (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For the Premium plan, up to 10 Guest Members are free in addition to the number of Full Members as of the 1st of each month. Additional charges may apply if this limit is exceeded.

The plan is billed annually with a one-year commitment.

Billing is prepaid, and the 12-month fee is charged at once in the starting month of the contract.

If there is no cancellation request by the end of the contract period, the plan will be automatically renewed based on the number of Full Members as of the 1st day of the renewal month.

Storage is provided based on the number of Full Members as of the 1st of each month.

If the number of users exceeds the contracted number, additional charges will be billed monthly.

If the number of users is lower, credits will be accumulated.
