Has your plan suddenly been changed to the Free plan while using a paid plan?If there are unpaid fees for your team, the plan may be switched to the Free plan.
If the payment is overdue by more than 30 days, the plan will be changed to the Free plan, and service usage may be restricted. (Terms of Service)
Please check whether you have received any notice regarding unpaid fees via email or JANDI notifications.

Bank Transfer
Please transfer the unpaid amount to the bank account provided in the unpaid notice.(Automatic transfer is not supported.)
If you want to change from bank transfer to card,please note that an invoice has already been issued for the unpaid amount, so the overdue payment must be paid via bank transfer.After switching to card, automatic payment will be available from the following month.
CardThe payment may have failed due to an issue with your registered card.Please update it to a valid card.
You can check the billing amount and the reason for payment failure via:[≡] menu icon → [Admin Menu] → [Billing] → [Payment History]
You can also update your card from the same menu.
