If you encounter an error while using the PC version, please follow the steps below.
Windows: F5 / Mac: Cmd + R
Click ^ in taskbar → Right-click JANDI icon → [Reset App Data]
Make sure the previous program is completely removed before reinstalling.
Press
Windows+Eto open File ExplorerEnter
%appdata%in the address bar, then delete theJANDI / JandiAppfoldersEnter
%localappdata%in the address bar, then delete theJandiAppfolder
After complete removal, download and install the latest version.
