Topic settings: Name / Description / Type / Quiet Leave / Auto invite Members / Set view-only / Archive topic / Delete
Manage topic members: Topic admin / Remove a chosen member
This feature is only available in the JANDI Enterprise plan.
You can change the visibility of a Topic.
Public → Private
Existing messages and members are retained.
After switching to Private, only invited members can join the Topic.
Private → Public
Any Regular Member (excluding Associate Members) can join the Topic and view message history.
Even if the Topic is switched back to Private, members who joined during the Public period will remain and can still view previous messages.
💡This feature is only available in the JANDI Enterprise plan.
When enabled, no notification message will be displayed when a member leaves the Topic (e.g. "OO has left").
This allows members to leave a Topic quietly without generating unnecessary notifications.
Notification messages are hidden by default in Board View Topics.
Once enabled, any member newly invited as a Regular Member will automatically be added to the Topic.
Members who are already part of the team at the time of enabling this setting will not be added automatically.
When enabled, only Admin-level members can post messages. All other members can only read messages.
This is useful for one-way communication such as sharing announcements.
You can archive Topics that are no longer in use. Archived Topics are automatically set to view-only.
Members with Regular Member permissions or above can be designated as Topic Admins.
Multiple members can be assigned as admins simultaneously, with no limit on the number.
Members designated as admins will have the following permissions:

Remove a chosen member
Tap the [···] button in the top-right corner of the Topic chat screen to access the menu where you can edit Topic information.
